Dan kicked off his career playing professional rugby in New Zealand, laying the foundation for many important business and life lessons. Dan has always been a businessman at heart, so when he returned to South Africa, he quickly set his sights on a string of successful endeavours.

His extensive experience within the Construction, Project Management, Signage and Brand categories spans over 14 years. His ability to ascertain a company's strengths and drive growth has provided a lasting impact on his companies, clients and his community.

Daniel is the founding member of the Reach Group and is the acting Group CEO. His strong negotiation skills and creative thinking has lead the Group through the most challenging economic climates facing our economy. Not only have all the entities survive, but they also grew in staff complement and turnover. Dan has dynamic communication skills, which is evident in his interaction with clients and their demands. His entrepreneurial nature and excellent business relations are the keys to the success of Reach Group.

Nico Rivetti is the Managing Director of Seek Africa Trading (Pty) Ltd - a dynamic company with a diversified portfolio of offerings in the built environment. Nico is a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with twenty-six (26) years of experience in the construction industry, fulfilling both Project Management and Construction Management services.

Nico has been privileged to be associated with many diverse, challenging, and successful fast track projects both nationally and internationally, ranging from commercial buildings, casino's, hotels, hotel leisure resorts, residential and retail. Nico is a people person and team player who loves challenges, always maintaining the bigger "picture" in mind whilst leading and managing a team of people to achieve project success for all stakeholders. He is a strong-minded, energetic, passionate, hardworking, loyal, committed, and dedicated individual with a passion for design and the built environment.

Core features in his general approach are cultivating and maintaining a teamwork attitude, adding value, firmness, and fairness, but more importantly, being consistent in the management of objectives and outcomes, including the responsible management of both perception and expectation.
